'Spring' is my personal reaction to the experiences of Dutch-Iranian refugees and is dedicated to those whom I was able to listen to, including prof. dr. Halleh Ghorashi. Although 'Spring' is the last song on my upcoming album OUTSIDER, it was the first one I wrote for it. It captures a moment of sympathy, lamentation, of deep sadness, and ending with the longing for hope. ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- 'Spring' es mi reacción personal a las experiencias de los refugiados holandeses-iraníes y está dedicada a aquellos a quienes pude escuchar, entre ellos la prof. dr. Halleh Ghorashi. Aunque 'Spring' es la última canción de mi próximo álbum OUTSIDER, fue la primera que escribí para él. Capta un momento de simpatía, de lamento, de profunda tristeza, y termina con el anhelo de esperanza.

I found the perfect location for my song about trees: New Orleans, Louisiana, in the Bayou St. John neighborhood. The oak trees are truly enchanting.
